You made it through a lot in 2025. As we enter 2026, harness the energy of the new year to give yourself a fresh start. Set yourself up to have an extraordinary year, or at least, an intentional one!

The Reset is your invitation to pause, breathe, and intentionally chart your course for the next 12 months. In this interactive series, we will set the stage for an extraordinary year by creating a roadmap for navigating all areas of your life. Do you want to exercise and eat healthier? Take your dream vacation? Find a romantic partner? Get a new job or promotion? Start a business? Whatever your goals are, join this five step program to set the right course not only for this year, but the rest of your life! This year, don’t just hope for the best, take action! 

The series will take place over five sessions, January 1-31, 2026, each building on the ones before: 

Week 1: Building good habits 

Good habits form the foundation of an intentional life. In this session you will learn scientifically tested strategies for forming good habits and sticking to them. Do you want to eat better? exercise? meditate? use less social media? We will work on identifying the good habits that you want to cultivate and bad habits that you want to stop, and design routines and tricks that will make it easier to maintain them. 

Week 2: Identifying goals and dreams

Knowing where you want to go is the first step in getting there. In this session you will evaluate every area of your life: health, finances, relationships, family, etc. and identify goals and dreams that you have for each of them. We will help you define an inspiring, powerful vision for the life you want to live, ensuring your journey towards your dreams is driven by your core values and authentic self. 

Week 3: Creating a strategic plan 

In this session you will create a strategic plan that will help you accomplish the goals that you set out in session 2. We will prioritize, brainstorm tactics, and develop a timeline that will turn your vision into reality. 

Week 4: Productivity strategies for success 

In this session you will learn productivity strategies that help you accomplish with purpose without burnout. We will go over strategies for time management, focus, pacing, and setting boundaries so that you spend more time getting things done instead of procrastinating. 

Week 5: Accountability 

The final session focuses on finding accountability so that you stay on track. We will design a system for social support, self compassion, and tracking to maintain motivation. Building a powerful ecosystem of external support and accountability, you’ll ensure your extraordinary path is nurtured and navigated with grace, even when setbacks inevitably occur.
